Weekly Photo Challenge: An Unusual Point of View

This week’s WordPress Photo Challenge:  challenge yourself to rethink your ideas about what subjects are appropriate, and then challenge yourself again to find an unusual perspective on your subject.

Trying to get an unusual point of view, I decided to look at the world through wrought iron grates that we see so often here in Italy.

This is a church tower outlined a bit of wrought iron work of a gate,

A little further down the road I saw  this grate, looking onto a private court-yard, the cement housing created a natural frame for the photo.

This was taken in Arco, I was particularly interested in the three chimneys which are found on the old palace of the Counts of Arco (Trentino, Italy).
