For this week’s W.P. Photo Challenge: This week, we want to see photos that focus on one thing.
It’s Christmas time…maybe no on noticed right 😉 So, here are a few ornaments that I thought you’d like to see:
This first one is a Nativity Scene that my husband gave me years ago from a South American stall at a Christmas Market, the second is our Advent calendar and the third…well my Christmas tree:
For Canadian Travelbugs’ Montly Tourist in my town, I thought I’d show you a few more Christmas scenes from my town!
This is Riva del Garda, Trentino, Italy on the night between the 21st and 22nd of December. I just love to try and shoot photos at night. My camera doesn’t really do a great job of it though unless I use a tripod…but we were out celebrating and so no tripod was on hand. A couple of the photos I took with my Nokia phone…my Oympus ran our of energy…
Season’s greetings from my town! Ciao, Bastet!
Last night we went to Riva del Garda…where with my trusty poor Olympus I decided to take some photographs at midnight! The photos are a little blurred perhaps…but I decided that I didn’t mind as this added a little bit of mystery to the photos. Have a nice walk!

Where’s My Backpack‘s theme this week is winter.
To spite some ill timed rain today I still have hopes for winter’s white blanket to be here on Christmas.
Here’s some photo’s of I captured before the nasty rain. (Mr. Heat Miser just let it snow in Southtown without trading for a warm day in the north!!!!)
A few days after the snow fall in the first photo my hubby spotted this guy in our tree.
{The snow photo is a repeat from a previous post and the hawk is the same subject different photo from Wednesday….I’m hoping to find time to bring up some different ones soon.}

The other day MT Blu sent me a note…asking if I’d send her 5 photos as she wanted to make me a GIF. Of course, I sent her 10 photos of two different scenes! I wasn’t sure what she needed or how a Gif works.
MT Blu besides keeping the We Drink Because We’re Poets Facebook page up and running and I might add very popular, does a great daily post over at We Drink Because We’re Poets…she gives us interesting quotes by famous people and illustrates them. They are very often whimsical sometimes funny, sometimes very serious and always thought-provoking! If you’ve been following my blog, you’ll have seen me reblog them often…in fact I’ve been smitten by her quotes!
