The photograph was taken near sunset on the 15th of July at Malcesine (VR) on the Veneto side of the Lake Garda.

Golden Hour: Lake Garda, Italy

I went our for a walk along the lake the other evening as the sun was beginning to set.

This is the period of the year when people come from all around the world to participate in an annual regatta.  Here a few photos of the golden hour on Lake Garda post regatta.
