Weekly Photo Challenge: Escape 3

Weekly Photo Challenge: Escape

This is my last publication on this subject, this week.  This time I thought I’d use a photograph of a plane taking off from Verona’s international airport as seen from the highway. The ultimate escape: from gravity!

I wanted to render it a little less banal though, escape from its total normalcy you might say, so I doctored it quite a bit.

Weekly Photo Challenge: Escape 2

For this weeks Photo Challenge: Escape  I thought I’d enter a series of photos as they inspired me.  This was a delightful evening dinner party I was invited to in Modena (Italy).  I took it at night with the candle-light setting of my Oylimpus then re-touched this with Picasa 3 using the focal zoom effect to concentrate clarity creating an oneiric effect which I liked.

Escape can be many things…like dining in the garden of an ancient manor house in Modena (Italy).

Weekly Photo Challenge: Escape

This week’s Photo Challenge is: Escape.  “Escape. Depending on your current mood and headspace, or time in your life, this word can evoke different emotions and conjure a variety of images.”

A cyclist races by on the opposite lane of the highway which leads to Austria and Germany.  We were going to Verona…it was vacation time in Italy, we were escaping from our everyday life!
