This morning my mind is dull .. but this photo is pretty bright!  Here for 30DOH I’m posting a water fountain I saw yesterday, and as I like water fountains I photographed it.  What you don’t see is the spider’s web that was hanging down from it (which I was hoping to catch but it doesn’t show):

What is a gambeson?  A gambeson is a quilted “shirt” that was used by knights in shining armor under their mail shirts to protect them from abrasion or being badly bruised by the tiny metal rings of that particular heavy garment. For more information follow the link 😉

This morning I was writing a post for Carpe Diem Haiku Kai‘s river prompt and was inspired to write a couple of haiga too … it’s a very inspirational post by the way and I’d highly recommend it!  So for today’s 30DOH … River Sarca … the river near my house, oh … here’s the link to my Blogger Post about the river.
